Returns & Exchange Policy

Given the handmade craftsmanship, each piece will contain subtle variations and unique characteristics. These features enhance the natural beauty and individuality of each piece. Please embrace these variations as something unique to your purchase that nobody else will have. Returns will not be accepted due to these variations.

We encourage you to contact us at hello@nataschiaholland.com with any questions or concerns about your products. However, if you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with the following Returns & Exchange policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us within 14 days of placing your order to request a Return Authorisation. You may return your item for a refund. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and completely unused. All cards must be attached and packaging in its original condition. Items delivered within Australia, must be returned within 3 Days of receiving the Return Authorisation Number. All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Nataschia Holland will not be held liable for lost or damaged returns. The costs of returns or exchanges will be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Exchanges are based on availability. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Nataschia Holland reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.


Warranty

In the unlikely event that there is a production flaw or fault that occurs within 12 months from your date of purchase, please email hello@nataschiaholland.com. You will need to supply proof of purchase and detailed information of the fault and any causes of the fault. General wear and tear is not to be considered a fault and only genuine production faults are covered under warranty. If the item has been poorly maintained or mistreated, Nataschia Holland reserves the right to decline such warranty claims. In the event that it is deemed by Nataschia Holland as a production fault, the item will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product at no charge.
